Eligibility

A candidate should have minimum CPI of either 6.0 in a 10 point scale or 60% of marks in the qualifying degree, fulfilling specific requirements for different categories, as indicated below.

BE/B.Tech degree in Engineering/ Technology/ equivalent program OR M.Sc. (Physics/Mathematics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Statistics/Bio-Informatics or equivalent) OR MCA from a recognized Institution.

Relaxation for SC/ST/PwD Candidates

Eligibility criteria will be relaxed by 5% marks or 0.5 CPI for SC/ST/PwD applicants.

Additional Conditions for Candidates Still to Appear in Qualifying Examinations

Candidates still to appear in their qualifying degree examinations may also apply, provided they appear in all their qualifying degree examinations and complete all requirements for their degrees 31-07-2024. If selected, such candidates shall be admitted provisionally, and they will have to furnish the results of their qualifying degree examinations latest by 30-10-2024. Further, they must fulfil the minimum requirements of marks/CPI, and other conditions. Failure to fulfil any of these requirements, shall automatically result in cancellation of admission.

Reservation of Seats

Reservation of Seats for SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer), EWS, and PwD categories. OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates will have to enclose a certificate and self-declaration statement as per the prescribed format provided in the application form. The OBC (NCL) Certificate, issued by the competent authority, on or after 01-06-2022, shall only be acceptable. The seat matrix (including Regular and Online) is as follows.
